”I want to thank all the players who participated to the training camp in Italy, as well as to the clubs they play for. I was very sorry to have to give up five players. I decided, together with the management of the Romanian Football Federation, to invite these five football players to be our guests in France for the European Championship”, Anghel Iordanescu said.
Before leaving for Paris, the Romanian national team will play the last friendly match before Euro, against Georgia, on Friday, June 3rd, at 21:00h on the National Arena.
