According to GD no. 636 of June 9, 2021, Annex 3, art. 6 , in the last 16 round match of the Final Tournament of the UEFA 2020 European Football Championship, on June 28, in Bucharest, several categories of spectators can participate, as follows:

With tickets purchased before June 21, 2021:

A. Persons who are vaccinated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus for which 10 days have elapsed since the completion of the complete vaccination schedule;

B. Persons who present a negative result of an RT-PCR test not older than 72 hours before the start of the match;

C. Persons between the 15th and 90th day after confirmation of SARS-CoV-2 infection;

D. Persons who present the negative result certified by a medical unit of a rapid antigen test not older than 24 hours before the start of the match.

With tickets purchased starting June 22, 2021 with the code VACCINATED:

E. Persons who are vaccinated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus for which 10 days have elapsed since the completion of the complete vaccination schedule;

F. Persons who are vaccinated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus and do not have a complete vaccination schedule, BUT showing a negative result of an RT-PCR test not older than 72 hours or a certified negative result of a rapid antigen test no longer 24 hours old.

Ticket holders for the EURO 2020 matches on the National Arena in Bucharest that fall into the above categories must prove COVID-19 immunization. In this sense, they will go through the following steps to be able to enter the stadium:

For ticket holders falling into categories A, B, C or E:

  • The ticket holder presents himself on the day or before the match at one of the EURO 2020 accredited medical centers in Bucharest with the proving medical documents, in Romanian or English.
  • The applicant will pay at the cashier the costs of the procedure – 5 lei.
  • The medical staff checks the documents and signals to the EURO 2020 volunteer present at the location that the applicant is OK.
  • The EURO 2020 volunteer applies a wrist access bracelet to the applicant. Warning: once removed from the hand, the bracelet destroys itself and is no longer valid for access to the stadium!
  • The spectator shows up at the stadium. Access is based on the ticket AND the bracelet. Just one of these elements is not enough. The spectator must also have the identity card with which he reserved his ticket.

For ticket holders falling into categories D and F:

  • The ticket holder shows up to 24 hours before the opening of the gates for the match (27 hours before the referee’s starting whistle) at one of the EURO 2020 accredited medical centers in Bucharest. Those in category F also show proof of vaccination.
  • The applicant will pay at the cashier the costs of the procedure – 40 lei.
  • The medical staff tests it with a rapid antigenic test and communicates the test result after the required waiting period.
  • The medical staff informs the EURO 2020 volunteer present at the location that the applicant is OK (has a negative test) and, for those in category F, that he is also vaccinated.
  • The EURO 2020 volunteer applies a wrist access bracelet to the applicant. Warning: once removed from the hand, the bracelet destroys itself and is no longer valid for access to the stadium!
  • The spectator shows up at the stadium. Access is based on the ticket and the bracelet. Just one of these elements is not enough. The spectator must also have the identity card with which he reserved his ticket.

Only rapid antigen tests performed at that medical center are valid. If a positive antigenic test is found to be positive, the access bracelet shall no longer be applied to the applicant. The medical staff follows the legal procedures for notifying the medical authorities about the registration of a case of COVID-19. The applicant will not be able to enter the match and his money will not be returned on the ticket. However, he can transfer the ticket to another supporter.

Facilities for supporters arriving in Romania from countries on the red and yellow lists, by plane, through the border point at Henri Coandă Airport:

  • Ticket holders from countries on the yellow or red list that arrive on the day or before the match at Henri Coandă Airport (Otopeni) will follow the specific epidemiological procedures valid for all passengers.
  • In the area of the luggage, ticket holders will find volunteers EURO 2020 marks held by EURO 2020 volunteer supporter shows to present them to the match ticket and certificate epidemiological endorsed by medical authorities present at border attesting quarantine exemption.
  • The EURO 2020 volunteer applies a wrist access bracelet to the applicant. Warning: once removed from the hand, the bracelet destroys itself and is no longer valid for access to the stadium!
  • The spectator shows up at the stadium. Access is based on the ticket AND the bracelet. Just one of these elements is not enough. The spectator must also have the identity card with which he reserved his ticket.

Supporters arriving in Romania from the countries on the red and yellow lists, by plane, through the border point at Henri Coandă Airport, more than a day before the match, will follow the presentation procedure at the medical centers in Bucharest, described above , to prove the inclusion in the categories that can attend the match.

Supporters arriving in Romania from countries on the green list, by plane, through the border point at Henri Coanda Airport will follow the procedure with presentation at the medical centers in Bucharest, described above, to prove their inclusion in the categories that can attend the match .

Supporters arriving in Romania through other border points than Henri Coandă Airport will follow the procedure with presentation at the medical centers in Bucharest, described above, in order to prove their inclusion in the categories that can attend the match.

The entrance regime of the children on the stadium

  • Everyone entering the stadium must have a valid UEFA ticket, with an assigned seat, regardless of age. Children cannot be held in their arms and must have their own ticket.
  • From an epidemiological point of view, the legislation in force applies:
  • Children up to and including 3 years old do not have to be tested for anti-COVID 19 and have access to the stadium without a bracelet, after checking the birth certificate at the entrance to the stadium;
  • Children between the ages of 3 and 12 must be in one of the categories B, C or D described above and follow the relevant procedures;
  • Children over the age of 12 must meet the same conditions as an adult.

CLARIFICATION

  • Any medical vaccine against which a medical certificate has been issued is valid.
  • Immunization by passing the disease is proven by medical documents (positive RT-PCR test at the time of diagnosis, hospital discharge ticket or test proving the presence of IgG antibodies performed up to 14 days before) or by checking the Corona database -forms and for which at least 14 days have elapsed since the date of confirmation.
